We envision that The Clubhouse of Antel Grand Village Clubhouse will be a haven for a secured and safe relaxation and recreation for your families and friends. In order to realize this objective, we enjoin everyone to officially register together with your Dependents in order for us to process the Club House Privilege Cards. Aside from discounts and future promotions, these cards will serve as identification cards for qualified individuals with their Guests to enter the Clubhouse. Rest assured we are doing our best to provide measures for your safety and security within the Club House.

All Lot Owners and Dependents are entitled to discounts when using the Club House Facilities.  Discounts may vary depending on the facilities and services offered.  Antel Management reserves the right to waive the regular discounts given during special promotions.

Privileges:

Discounts on facilities, special lessons, items, or merchandise are identified by the Management of Antel Group of Companies.  Such discounted rates may vary from time to time as deemed necessary by Management.

Registration Qualifications:

All LOT OWNERS identified on the TCT’s or CONTRACT TO SELL with updated payment of village association dues and/or Contract with their DEPENDENTS is qualified to register to avail of Club House facilities and services.

Dependents identified as follows:

• For Married Lot Owners - Legal Spouses and Unmarried Children, 0 – 25 years old

• Unmarried/ Single Lot Owners – Parents and Unmarried Siblings, 25 years old and below

A Dependent as identified above who has been issued with a Privilege Card or Transition Privilege Pass may not be accompanied by the Principal Lot Owner when he desires to use the Club House amenities.

Registration Procedure:

A Letter of Intent to Register for the Club House Privilege Cards stipulating the names of the Lot Owners and Dependents should be given together with the required documents enclosed in a brown envelope to the AGV Marketing Office or The Clubhouse Admin and Sales Office.  Only those with complete documents will be accepted.

Letter of Intent should be addressed to: 

· The General Manager
· The Clubhouse, Antel Grand Village  

Documents Required:

a. Photocopy of TCT or Contract To Sell of Registered Lot Owner/s  
b. For Married Lot Owners – NSO Photocopies of Lot Owner’s Marriage Contract and Birth Certificates of Children (single, 25 years & below)
c. For Single/Unmarried Lot Owner - NSO Photocopies of Lot Owner/s Birth Certificate, as well as siblings’ (unmarried) and parents’ birth certificates
d. Two (2) pieces each of size 1” x 1” colored photos of each Member of the Family meeting registration qualification requirements

Registration & Lost Card Fees:

Registration fee of P 100 for each card holder should be paid to process the Privilege Card of each qualified individual. Payment should be given together with the complete documents required. Privilege Cards are valid up to one year.  Lost Card will be charged P 100 per card.

Use of Privilege Card

Only those with complete registration documents will be accepted for processing. Upon completion of Registration Requirements and payment of registration fee, the Antel Grand Village Club House Privilege Cards will be processed within 30 working days. 

Privilege Cards should be carried at all times within the Clubhouse.   A strict policy on “No Card, No Discount” will be followed.  To reiterate this policy, if a family of 5 only carries 3 Privilege Cards, discount will apply only to the 3 Members who carry the Cards. This policy will strictly apply even to regular users of the Clubhouse.

Temporary Privilege Card

An initial Temporary Privilege Card will be issued to those who have completed the registration requirements while official Privilege Card is still on process in order to avail of discounts, promos, or tokens.  The Transition Privilege Pass is complimentary.

The Temporary Privilege Card has a validity of 30 days and should be surrendered to the Club House Management as soon as the Privilege Card is available.  A notice will be given to the Lot Owner as soon as the Privilege Cards of his family are available.

Expired Temporary Privilege Card will not be entitled to discounts or special offers and will be surrendered to the Club House Management.

Soon after Privilege Cards have been issued by Antel Holdings (Gen Trias), Inc., each registered Lot

Owner and Dependent should carry and present their Privilege Cards at the Clubhouse to avail of facilities at discounted prices.
