What Should I Do If I Forgot My Privilege Card?

In case the Privilege Card or the initial Transition Privilege Pass for new registrants can’t be shown at the Clubhouse entrance,Temporary Passes valid up to 30 days can be availed of by paying P50 per qualified individual from The Clubhouse Cashier.

Do I Still Have to Go to the AGV Marketing Office and register before I use the Clubhouse amenities?

Lot Owner or a Dependent has been issued the Temporary Privilege Card or Privilege Card, he can go straight to the Clubhouse Info Desk and present his Card/Pass and then register there before availing of any amenity.

 

A Dependent as identified earlier, who has been issued with a Privilege Card or Temporary Privilege Card, may not be accompanied by the Principal Lot Owner when he desires to use the Club House amenities.

 

However, for those who haven’t issued yet the Privilege Card or Transition Privilege Pass, they are required to go to the Antel Grand Village Marketing Office so they can be identified by the Antel Marketing authorized office staff before going to The Clubhouse.
